L’armement Réunion Pêche Australe (RPA), filiale du Groupe Réunimer reconnu depuis 25 ans pour son expérience dans la pêche et les métiers de la mer sur l’Île de La Réunion, recherche Chef mécanicien(ne) 8000 KW pour embarquer vers les mers australes et vivre l’aventure de la pêche à la légine.

Le Navire :

L’atlas Cove, bâtiment de 68m (le plus grand de la flotte) dont le récent refit assure les conditions de sécurité et de confort adaptées aux situations de navigation et de travail dans les mers australes.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE : La Mission

L’équipe machine se compose de 3 officiers (Chef mécanicien, second mécanicien et 3ème mécanicien). Vous aurez pour mission d’exécuter toutes les tâches liées au** bon fonctionnement des moteurs, machines et autres équipements mécanique du navire.**   NOS ATTENTES

Chef Mécanicien (H/F) à jour de leurs brevets (Brevet mécanicien 8 000 kw ou illimité), de leurs visites médicales (grande pêche), et de leurs certificats de sécurité (Med 2, CFBS, CQALI, CAERS…)

Une expérience en grande pêche est souhaitée, mais toutes les candidatures seront étudiées.

Des personnes rigoureuses et qui souhaite s’engager sur du long terme.   LES CONDITIONS PROPOSES :

• Poste embarqué pour une marée de 90 jours.
• Frais de transport aller/retour depuis le domicile pris en charge.
• Salaire en 17ème catégorie ENIM + prime tonnage
• Wifi (starlink), WhatsApp, téléphone satellite à bord.

The Company

Réunion Pêche Australe (RPA), a subsidiary of the REUNIMER Group, has been a recognized leader in fishing and maritime operations on Réunion Island for over 25 years.

RPA is currently seeking a Chief Engineer – 8,000 kW to join its vessel operating in the Southern Ocean and take part in the adventure of Patagonian toothfish fishing.

The Vessel

Atlas Cove is a 68-metre vessel, the largest in the fleet. Its recent refit ensures high standards of safety, reliability and crew comfort, specifically designed for harsh navigation and working conditions in the Southern Seas.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: MISSION

The engine department is composed of three engineering officers:

·Chief Engineer

·Second Engineer

·Third Engineer

You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and reliability of all engines, machinery and mechanical systems on board, ensuring the vessel’s optimal performance throughout the fishing campaign.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a Chief Engineer holding valid:

·STCW certification – 8,000 kW or Unlimited

·Medical certificate for deep-sea fishing (Grande Pêche)

·Safety training certificates (MED 2, CFBS, CQALI, CAERS or equivalent)

Previous experience in deep-sea fishing vessels is preferred, but all qualified applications will be considered.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

·Embarkation contract for a 90-day fishing trip

·All travel expenses (home to vessel and return) covered by the company

·Salary based on ENIM Category 17 + tonnage bonus

·Onboard connectivity: Starlink Wi-Fi, WhatsApp access and satellite phone
